The house is surrounded by mature trees, shrubs, and has a beautiful view from back deck. The house is conveniently located close to the town square, municipal buildings, banks, grocery stores, and churches. The many upgrades and the availability of lots of storage overhead, underneath and in the garage made life much easier. It is comforting to know that the house is wired for a generator in case of a power outage. The pellet stove fireplace (negotiable) is comforting in the cool weather as well as saves on electricity. The outside deck can be entered from the garage, dining room and yard. The view from the dining room through the sliding glass doors out to the deck and back yard is wonderful. I loved working in my kitchen and doubt I will ever find one better suited to fit my needs. My large walk in closet and spacious bathroom, with shower separate from the tub, were two things I enjoyed. The great floor plan has allowed me to entertained as many as 25 guests comfortably. Sitting in front of the pellet stove on winter days with warm comfy wood heat not only helped my heating bill but brought much contentment.
